Online coaching is delivered real time over Skype. This allows me to share my screen, give presentations or review documents with you. I am open to exploring other online applications if Skype is problematic.
Each session is tailored to your specific needs. If you are pressed for time during the week and unable to do my assignments, I can use your regular business, college or university work to assess your strengths and weaknesses. I need to know and understand these in order to create your individual English learning plan.
Additionally, any assignments or work that you need to submit are proofread and commented on. This can be done by direct editing or by suggested edits – highlighting and commenting where you can improve either grammatically or stylistically ensuring that you learn from mistakes and produce your own work.
Regular assessments are given in order to monitor your progress and ensure that you are benefiting and learning from the service. Assessments are formative and summative covering reading, writing and speaking.
